At Rainbows & Sprinkles, we want you to feel as vibrant as our collections; if your purchase doesn't bring you pure joy, you can return it within 30 days. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, then keep an eye on your inbox for a refund confirmation.
